The team of IM Richard Polaczek, Andre Babin, Declan Shafi, Richard Kynoch and Graham Mooney won by a highly convincing 15 point margin from St Andrews A and our own Dundee A. Richard Polaczek also took the individual honors as the top scorer with an unbeaten 18 points. Very well played by them all.Our A Team comprised David Findlay, Ross Bremner, Ashley Clayton (all 10 points) and Ed Spencer (9). Our B Team in 7th place was Jim Anderson (7), Ray Flood (6), Max Wang, and specially well done to Max Whisson who finished as the top Dundee points scorer with 12 points. The last TAFCA event, "The TAFCA TEAM BATTLE" takes place on Tuesday 12th April 22, 7:30pm to 9:30pm (90 minutes only) on Lichess. Time-Control - 5 minutes + 3 seconds increments. We would like a good turnout from "EVERY" TAFCA team and its players if possible. This is a TAFCA League team and individual event. It`s a great nights chess as well.This event is a team event including all the TAFCA League teams for that season. Teams must have a minimum of 4 players (no upper limit) who will battle it out with players from other teams on the night. There will also be an individual performance winner (most points).The team with the most points after 9:30pm will be crowned the TAFCA TEAM Battle Champions!
