Comfortable scoreline in the end, but after a quick win for Ed, Josh and I were toiling for most of our games. To have pulled out 1½ points from them was an excellent rearguard action/daylight robbery. They all count. Jacques finished off the evening efficiently to hand our Fife friends a scoreline they certainly didn't deserve. The A Team still need St Andrews A to blow up, but they're still there.

The 'B' Team made it through to the final in style, with a scoreline I certainly didn't expect. It's tricky to predict the effects of the time handicaps, but our guys took it all in stride.
